Vitality Massage

Vitality Massage is a combination of my techniques and your preferences based on your goals for the session. My techniques explore Swedish, Therapeutic, DeepTissue, Lomi, Fertility, Menstrual Relief, Menopause Relief, Abdominal, and Detox Massage. Some of these modalities are best done in a 90 minute session, but I will gladly mix and match modalities to your preferences, including time. Comfort, relaxation, integration, and pain relief are my intentions for each session. 

Sacred Lomi Massage

Sacred Lomi Massage uses flowing forearm massage, presence, prayer, aloha, breath-work, and sacred touch to offer space of unconditional love and acceptance. The intention of the work is to support the recipient to release anything that is no longer serving them and fully embody that which is authentic and in alignment with their soul.  During the massage a considerable amount of oil is applied to the whole body at once. The practitioner will apply flowing forearm runs with circular and figure eight movements.

Considerations 

The Hawaiian ancestors who developed this style of massage believe that we hold undigested emotions in the abdominal area. Therefore, this massage does include abdominal massage.

Due to the full body approach draping is minimal. Genital area and breast are always covered, while the rest of the body is exposed to allow the practitioner to perform full body strokes.

Generally, massage therapists do not care if your legs are shaved or not. However, due to the soft skin on the forearms that practitioners use during this massage, we ask that you shave any short stumble prior to your appointment. Long hair on the body is fine. 

Prerequisite: Vitality Massage. Sacred Lomi can feel intense for some. I want to establish trust and understanding before connecting through Sacred Lomi.
